We hope that you will find the information below useful. We have included links to rules and videos of training tips. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact the club.

Blue Cards
Park Ridge FC requires that all volunteers must have a current Blue Card. You can find a link to the forms on the menu bar if you need to apply for a card or renew your card. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Code of Conduct

Remember that young people participate for pleasure and that winning is only part of the fun.

Never ridicule or yell at a player or the team for making a mistake or not coming first.
Be reasonable in your demands on young players' time, energy and enthusiasm. Make sure that your requests are age appropriate.
Operate within the rules and spirit of the game and teach your players to do the same.
Ensure that equipment and facilities meet safety standards and are appropriate to the age and ability of all players.
Display control, respect and professionalism to all involved with the sport. This includes opponents, coaches, officials, administrators, the media, parents and spectators. Encourage your players to do the same.
Show concern and caution toward sick and injured players.  Follow the advice of a physician when determining whether an injured player is ready to recommence training or competition.
Any physical contact with a young person should be appropriate to the situation and necessary for the player's skill development.
Respect the rights, dignity and worth of every person regardless of their gender, ability, cultural background or religion. Keep profane language to a minimum to ensure that we maintain a family friendly environment.
Discuss any team, player, or club problems with a committee member. Do not let the problem build up and escalate. We cannot fix problems that we do not know about.
